We have put a lot of effort into improving the stability of AvPlan and want to make it as rock solid as possible. To resolve any latent crashing issues in AvPlan we really need logs sent to us so we can resolve any remaining issues. Some get passed on via Apple, but most do not. So if you have had a crash in AvPlan, send us an email with the logs to support at avsoft.com.au and we will resolve the issue.
If you sync your device with iTunes and then send us the ‘AvPlan…’ files and ‘LowMemory…’ files from;
• Mac OS X :~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
• Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/<DEVICE_NAME>
• Windows Vista/Windows 7: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
