If your weight and balance arms are not displaying in the envelope (but the weight calculations look correct) the problem could be the empty weight and arm of the aircraft.
To edit this setting, tap the aircraft button under the flight plan and then the blue arrow on the aircraft call sign. About two thirds the way down the list of options is the empty weight and empty datum. Edit these to reflect what is in the weight sheet for your particular aircraft.
